UK Shipping
B420Retail.co.uk currently only deliver to the UK mainland.
Free delivery is offered on all games.
Generally, all orders received before 3pm on Monday – Friday will be sent that day.
We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for all of the games dispatched from our warehouse. This service aims to deliver within 2-3 working days and is tracked to the delivery point.
Secure Packaging
In an attempt to ensure a safe delivery all games are sent encased in bubblewrap, nestled in packaging and placed in the centre of a box.
Amazon fulfilment centre dispatch
Some of our games are dispatched from an Amazon fulfilment centre.
The current location of each game is provided on the listing page at the bottom of the ‘Product Details’ section where it states ‘Dispatched From’.
Products being dispatched from an Amazon warehouse may take between 3-5 days to arrive. A tracking number will be provided as soon as it becomes available.
Correct Address
Please check that the delivery address you provide is correct before submitting your order. If the delivery address was entered incorrectly and the tracking is showing as delivered we shall unfortunately be able to offer you a refund.
Please note that we cannot accept orders addressed to PO Boxes.
Non-Delivery
If your item has not been received 7 working days after your order date please could we ask that you undertake the following checks before contacting us:
- Check with any other members of your household or regular visitors that they did not take receipt of the package and leave it in a safe place.
- Could you take a look around the outside of your property for any safe places where the postman may have left the package.
- Please could you check with your neighbours to see if any of them has taken receipt of the item.
- Royal Mail sometimes do not leave a card after a non-delivery so please could you check that your package is not being held at your local sorting office.
Damaged Upon Arrival
If there are visible signs of damage to the outer packaging please could we ask that you inform the postman of this upon delivery. If there is extensive damage it would be our recommendation that you refuse the item and ask that it be returned to sender.
Delivery Failure
In the unlikely event that Royal Mail cannot deliver your item after a couple of attempts it will be returned to us.
Should this happen then you will either be given the choice to receive a refund or have the item re-dispatched with the addition of a postal charge of £3.39.
Stock Outs
It is quite possible that a game shown on our website will also be listed on other 3rd party ecommerce websites like Amazon, Ebay and Etsy. Although we use a software service and make every effort to rapidly remove items sold from across all platforms occasionally the removal may not happen fast enough (it can take upto 15 mins).
Should you find yourself in this situation and we have to cancel and refund your order then we are truly sorry.
