We have a 30 day return policy from the receipt of your item.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@b420retail.co.uk. If your return is accepted we shall provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
Refunds will be applied to the same payment method that was used to purchase the item.
Unwanted Items
You may return any unwanted items if they are in the same condition that you received them - unused, unopened and in their original condition and packaging. For the avoidance of doubt, opening of the goods by way of removal of cellophane (or similar casing) will be deemed acceptance of the goods.
Once the unwanted item is received back to the warehouse it will be checked to see that it matches the above conditions. If they are met then we will shall issue you with a refund.
Depending on your bank provider, a refund may take up to 5-7 working days for your refund to show in your account.
Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We would advise that you use a trackable service as items lost in transit cannot be refunded.
Wrong Items Sent
Upon delivery, it is the customer’s responsibility to check the contents of their packages and inform us of any discrepancies or errors at the earliest opportunity.
If we have sent you the wrong item then we hope that you can accept our apologies for the inconvenience. We shall provide you with a free Return Label and immediately send you the correct item.
If we do not receive the item back then you will be liable for the cost of the incorrect item(s).
Faulty Products
We are very sorry if your purchase proves to be faulty – it is rare but it happens.
Please email us at info@b420retail.co.uk with details of the issue, and if possible please include some photo’s.
Given the ‘out of production’ status of many of our games it is unfortunately unlikely that a replacement will be possible.
Upon authorisation of a return we shall provide you with a free Return Label.
If the item is not deemed to be faulty following an inspection then we will be unable to provide you with a refund. Faults do not include damage caused by customer accident, neglect or misuse. We will provide the reason as to why the product is in dispute and the item shall be returned to you. We will ask that you pay £3.49 for the return postage cost.
